Huxley the dog, located under the television, is protecting a box of indoor games. The calico bag hanging at front door has some outdoor fun.

An extra large bath is for you to soak to hearts content. Bath salts under the vanity are available for your use. Step out of the double shower onto tiles with underfloor heating set on a comfortable 22 degress all year round.

Some of the decor pieces are not just there for their good looks, the crystal bowls and the silver tea set etc. have been selected for the dual purpose for your convenience.

Outdoor cinema

If you want to watch movies under the stars or football by the fire we have a basket of goodies and some warm woolen blankets in the bedroom cupboard. The instructions on how to set up is in the basket. It is as easy as logging into a smart TV but twice as much fun.

If coffee is your thing, Nespresso pod machine or sachet coffee are supplied with fresh milk. Help yourself to complementary biscuits. FIRE PIT - Protected from the easterly winds in a quiet little corner of the yard enjoy the flickering of flames under the southern sky. The fire pit is not to be used on days of Total Fire Ban. Check www.cfa.vic.gov.au if in doubt. Make sure that the fire has been properly extinguished when you are finished. Extra wood and matches are in cupboard beside baths.

OUTDOOR BATHS - Head to the outdoors to baths in the two old world cast iron claw foot baths at sunset. Soak in the warmth and let any worries float away. Bathsalts are located under the vanity in bathroom for the ultimate in relaxation.

MERRI RIVER - Our property extends to the Merri River via the stairs leading to the river flats. Borrow the picnic basket and blanket at the front door and wander down to sit and watch the local bird life with a glass of wine or cold beer. If you are very quiet there have been sightings of a very shy platypus. Alternatively follow the river to the east where you will find the historic Wollaston Bridge. Be aware that even though this space is private property people often wander along the river with their dogs and enjoy the space as well.
